Sheffield is made up of single family homes and townhomes. Only the townhomes are part of the Sheffield Homeowners Association. We have a recreation area that is shared by residents of both the single family homes and the townhomes. The area contains a tot lot, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Our Community consists of 89 townhomes within five miles of  Ft. Belvoir and less than 15 miles from Washington DC.  We are within walking distance of the Lorton VRE and within 10 miles of two major shopping malls (Springfield Mall and Potomac Mills).
