Who trims the trees?If the tree is located on your property, it is your responsibility. If it is located in the Common Area, the HOA will take care of it. Back to Top
Who is responsible for trash pickup?You are responsible for picking up trash on your property. The HOA has contracted one of our neighbors to pick up trash in the common areas. General trash pickup is twice per week from AAA Trash Removal. Back to Top
Can I sweep lawn debris into the street?No! After you have cut/raked your lawn, debris is to be put in plastic bags for trash removal. Sweeping it into the street or common areas causes our community to look dirty and unkept. Back to Top
Are the trees in the common area for recreation?The trees in the common area are for the general beauty of our community. They are not for climbing on or placing posters on. Back to Top
Who is responsible for the playground area?The Sheffield Recreation Association (SRA) is responsible for maintaining this area. Back to Top
Do the trash cans have to be kept behind the homes?The Board established a guideline requiring all trash cans be kept in back of the town homes. They can only be put out front the night before trash pickup and must be returned to the back yard within 24 hours of pickup. Back to Top
