Parking Townhouse Parking Each townhouse is assigned two spaces. These spaces are marked according to the address. Each row has one visitor space. The visitor space is for guests only. If an owner or renter uses one of the visitor spaces, they are subject to towing, at their expense. Parking in another person’s space is also subject to towing. The homeowner (or renter) has the option of having the vehicle towed at the expense of the vehicle’s owner. Currently Henry’s Towing is our towing contractor. Street Parking Per VDOT, a clearance of at least 15 feet should be between the vehicle and street corner. Violators are subject to tickets and fines from Fairfax County Police. They are also subject to towing from Henry's Towing at the expensive of the owner. Motorcycles Motorcycles, or any small vehicle are to be parked in an assigned space or on the street. They are not to be parked on lawns. Recreational Vehicles Recreational Vehicles are not to be parked in the townhouse area. This includes small boats and campers. Commercial Vehicles Commercial vehicles need to be parked in the street area; not the townhouse parking area.
