Architectural Information

This page contains the form and information concerning architectural changes and/or improvements.

This form is used for all changes to existing architecture. All construction that is attached to your home such as a deck or alterations of existing structure must also have a permit. The homeowner is responsible for obtaining this permit from Fairfax County.

This form can either be mailed to the HOA's P.O. Box or given to any Board Member.
