How much are the HOA assessments and when are they due?
The assessments are $190.00. They are due on the last day of the month the bill is sent out. Payments received on or after the 1st business day of the following month are considered late and a late fee will be assessed. Assessments are quarterly (January, April, July and October).
What is the designated amount of a fine and what can I be fined for?
Currently fines are $40.00. Fines are due upon receipt. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received within 30 days of the fine. Fines are issued for, but not limited to, trash bags being placed out, trash cans being left out after the day of pickup, toys or yard tools being left out. click here for additional information.
How much are the late fees?
Late fees are $20.00. Any bill not paid in the designated time will be assessed a late fee. Additional late fees will be assessed each 30 days until the assessment or fine is paid. The Board also reserves the right to revoke HOA membership until all fines and/or assessments are paid in full.
