The assessments are $215.00. They are due on the last day of the month the bill is sent out. Payments received on or after the 1st business day of the following month are considered late and a late fee will be assessed. Assessments are quarterly (January, April, July and October).

Currently fines are $40.00. Fines are due upon receipt. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received within 30 days of the fine. Fines are issued for, but not limited to, trash bags being placed out, trash cans being left out after the day of pickup, toys or yard tools being left out. click here for additional information.

Late fees are $20.00. Any bill not paid in the designated time will be assessed a late fee. Additional late fees will be assessed each 30 days until the assessment or fine is paid. The Board also reserves the right to revoke HOA membership until all fines and/or assessments are paid in full.

If your check is returned a processing fee of $35.00 will be charged. It is due upon receipt.

The drop box can accept any paperwork from a homeowner to the Board with the exception of payments. Payments must be mailed to the P.O. Box address. The Board will not accept responsibility or liability for payments left in the HOA Drop box. Any payments left in the drop box will be returned to the Homeowner.

The Board established this web site to provide neighbors, residents and visitors with important information about our community. The site can also be used as a single point of information for our everyday life.
