Membership Fees

Current Assessments are due quarterly (January, April, July, October) in the amount of $235.00.  Late fees are $10.00 per month.

Fines are $40 and due upon receipt

Payments can be mailed to the PO Box address, placed in the drop box across from 7622/7624 or sent via ZELLE (use sheffieldhoa@yahoo.com). We discourage using PayPal since the fees are at least $7.95 per transaction. The HOA will not cover any of the transaction fees.
